Marianne Trudel - Time Poem:

"La joie de l'éphémère"

9 compositions in 9 days and 9 nights! Music that is luminous, that goes right to the heart. Time Poem: « The joy of the ephemeral » celebrates the chance that we have to be alive. Following the sudden loss of a dear colleague, Marianne Trudel wrote 9 compositions in 9 days, facing the ocean, in Gaspésie, Quebec. Dive into creation. Admire Nature in all its splendor. Come back to life through sound. Celebrate the beauty of the ephemeral and the magic of music!

Both poetic and enticing, groovy and melodic, the music of Marianne Trudel transports and marvels us. Accompanied by two outstanding musicians, Rémi-Jean Leblanc (bass) and John Hollenbeck (drums), she offers us a truly original, rich and exciting project!

Marianne Trudel: piano, fender rhodes, accordion, compositions

Rémi-Jean Leblanc: doublebass, electric bass

John Hollenbeck: drums
